no pressure, understanding management, possibility to get a day off or a sick leave when it's necessary
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My initial salary request appeared to be lower than the possible range for my seniority and I wasn't informed about that. I end up working with juniors who have the same compensation which is discouraging
