I've been here for 6+ years and I love it. I'm going to stay here longer if war does not ruin my plans.

I can see they care about people, people first indeed.

You always can ask for help or assistance with professional and personal challenges.

Vacation and specials days off, insurance and wide range of activities to participate in.

Interesting tasks (never bored) and at the same time help from colleagues if "too interesting".

Clear vision and sharing info about goals, actions, situation. Taking care of employees during the crisis.

Not too easy and not too hard challenges - the ones which help to grow in comfortable pace.

Everything is very flexible. If you need anything, you will be heard and you can set up you work environment as you need.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My coworkers are always there and ready to share their knowledge, offer the help I need. And all of them are super-smart. I love my current team-mates.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would ask for a compensation raise, but during the war do not want to add an extra load for a company. I would love to get a raise after the war is over though.
