"People first" motto transformed into "customer's people first". Nobody cares about your mental health and your professional growth while you are profitable for the company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because I see no opportunities for professional growth which do not include overworks. compensation above market level will make me feel better
