What makes you most happy at work?
- the team I used to work with, most of teammates were great. - contribution to the project and feedback from management and architects were also on high level. E.g. we saw they are involved and interested in project growth and prosperity.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company is quite transparent and non-bureaucratic comparing to other big companies. It's fantastic we can have a small talk with DM directly. Bench, and how it is handled is also great. Really appreciate how company cares in situations like vaccination recently.
What are some of the best things about your team?
It's not true for everybody, but, I enjoy working with people who: - can keep up a conversation not only about cars - have other hobbies/activities apart of programming - improve their English level - really contribute to the project, e.g. really push it forward, not just "complete a task"
