Overall I'm happy with my work at the company. The work itself is interesting and usually there is a wide array of projects one can participate in, depending on their interest. Compensation is fair, although raises are sometimes a bit hard to agree on.
What makes you most happy at work?
Challenging technical problems requiring complex logic.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The compensation is on a very good level. I also like a lot and extensively use the additional health insurance.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the ability to organize my work and not be micromanaged. The company structure is flat and everybody can talk to anybody freely and easily.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is to rely on each individual employee to organize their work so as to serve best to the project, of course after carrying out planning with the other colleagues.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I am currently working in a team comprised by senior developers. This allows me to grow every day and if I encounter a difficulty we are usually able to quickly resolve it.
