I like their commitment, readiness to help, open-door policy and the way the company has developed in the past years.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being among professionals helps me grow and learn all the time. At the same time, we can have fun and sometimes it doesn't even feel like work at all.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My compensation package is exactly as I asked. And most importantly the company continues to work in trying to improve our compensation package and offer more and more to its employees.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
DataArt's culture is all about people. You have the freedom to work from anywhere you want and there is no micromanagement. The management team trusts the team and that is the best feeling!
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interviews were not based on some template questions. Instead, it was based on real situations from work. The interviewers were very positive and managed to help me forget about the pressure. The whole interview felt more like a chat with a friend instead of a job interview.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very supportive and always tries to help. Everyone works really hard and we've managed to build an incredible team spirit. I know that I can trust my coworkers and they can trust me too. Having that in mind, we know that our tasks will be completed in the best way possible
