Very good and loyal company, but unfortunately most of the projects are legacy.

The majority of the projects are legacy. That's not exciting.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Inflation is growing fast, markets have changed. Compensation level - not so much. Needs to be aligned.
