Great team with high qualified team members who are interested in the product.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The compensation Committee is straightforward and does not take into account various factors. The qualification matrix is outdated.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Before COVID and War everything was perfect, team buildings, offline activities after working hours, offline communication, sports activities etc. The War ruined everything that COVID has not been able to ruin.
