Extreme good, I came here for a project, but the requirement for that was a MacBook, seems like after some mistakes in the process to make me work, I got a windows notebook, and with that a lot of problems, at the end I finish some code and the project now is over, as an idle it makes me insecure.

Seems like they seek to improve and build a career inside the company, it make me feel very safe.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
vacancy and flexibility for PTOs, as a father sometimes I need to take care of my daughter and it gives me time to be with her.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel that I have the opportunity to improve myself at any time, so I made a lot of progress on myself during the last year
