The people. Both in my office and around the world that I get to work with on different projects.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Lack of competition. Everyone is supportive and looking to help in any way they can. People want to help eachother
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is great. There's never any hint of a competitive atmosphere around them. They genuinely care about me, my contributions, and my ideas and I theirs. As an in-person optional company my main motivation for going into the office is to see them and get their input and insight on projects.
