Smart people! My team is great but we brought in some middle managers from outside and they are kind of meh
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Good teammates. Sometimes toxicity comes from Pre Sales folks though and it spills into adjacent orgs. Some AEs do questionable deals and throw folks under bus.
