What makes you most happy at work?

Helping to develop the company culture makes me motivated to make work more than a place to show up and get paid. As is, the culture isn't quite as robust as we'd all hope it would be though.

What did you like most about the interview process?

There was a "homework" assignment that was a real-life example of a problem you'd have to solve in the daily mix of things, but there was also a portion to brainstorm fun in-house events that you'd be planning.
