What do you like best about the leadership team?
Creation of the social fabric and the positive energy which can carry the organisation and each individual team and member over all hurdles and far beyond their perceived limits.
I love the culture - no egos.
Agressive, Passionate, motivated, great leadership
Provide the fredome to be creative in meeting challenges and do not micro-manage!

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Adjusted working hours, Work from home, etc.
I'm happy with salary and stock options. My only gap is the limited vacation time. I hear they are reviewing.
good mix of variable and fixed
Commission structure is fair with great upside.

I feel supported, everyone jumps in - all hands on deck attitude. Everyone believes we have the best technology in this space.

Before Joining they'll make sure that you speak to the higher management "just to meet".
