Skirting regulations. Firing employees for handicaps.

Overworked and burned out without comparable pay.

Most of the interactions are mask some very unhappy people. Very shady practices at the higher levels.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Support from HR. Stop discrimination. Attitude of covering things up to make the company fit what the public wants.

Company equity not within reach. Set expectations of burnout work and worrying that you could be fired at any moment.
