Executive experience in the tactical ranks is sorely needed. A respect for what compensation means to employees must be learned.

the compensation package, coming from another company, is very good, attractive

Compensation is not comparable to others in industry.

at least there is the possibility to work with an international team
Great collaboration and everyone gets along and is pulling in the same direction.

They need to create a better team spirit

the workload and stress is very managable
College interaction not including management
People helping each other often, treating each other respectfully, the environment is professional
Lots of old timers (not management) that like to take their time and joke around
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
A lot needs to change. Leadership by fear is useless.
change the CEO and apply a real management based culture

honestly I didn't like it too much, too many steps
