Too much micro-management. The CEO is causing a lot of internal and external issues with the company. He does not utilize the proper chain of command. He is very unprofessional and lacks the ability to control his temper during important meetings and causing absolutely nothing to get accomplished.

We get together for ppl's birthdays and anniversaries. Have monthly potluck lunches.

A new CEO who has the professionalism to communicate to his officers and allow his downline team to address issues and report back to him instead of disrupting the entire manufacturing and production processes by calling un-necessary meetings. His closed mindedness is negatively affecting moral.
