The people. I enjoy coming to the office.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Quick process. Not a lot of back and forth. Took less than 2 weeks.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Fun and super smart people. Minimum amount of meetings. It's all about execution and doing great work
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Approachable and genuinely nice people. The company culture is very direct and you are encouraged to push back on the management team and have genuine discussions and brainstorming. They're down to earth and honest.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
High salaries and very generous stock packages to make sure you're in it to win it and be here when the company hits IPO. They even gave secondary to longtime employees in the Round B investment
