I enjoy the flexibility to work at my pace and leadership's confidence in me to get the job done.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have great communication throughout the company. There is openness and transparency and leadership invested in its employees and truly values us.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My favorite part about my compensation package is the unlimited PTO. I've gotten a chance to travel more in the past year that I had in the previous 5 years
What did you like most about the interview process?
I enjoyed speaking with my hiring manager. it felt less like an interview and more like a friendly conversation between colleagues. My interview was actually only supposed to be an hour but the conversation went so well that we ended up speaking for a full hour.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very friendly and supportive. We have casual conversations in our daily meetings that allowed us to develop real friendships outside of work. Our team leader is also a terrific leader. She motivates us well, doesn't micro-manage, and is always available when we need help.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership cares about us. They are flexible with work-life balance, open to earing suggestions and ideas, and allow for us to be autonomous in our daily activities as long as goals are met. They created an inclusive culture and make sure they look after the well-being of the employees.
