Great stock option plan at a company that seems is going places so the stock options are actually going to be worth something (hopefully..)

Down to earth and approachable. You can always find time on their calendars and everyone is encouraged to be direct and provide feedback. Non-hierarchical culture
What are some of the best things about your team?
Collaborative culture and people always help each other. I enjoy talking with them about not only work but life in general since they are a smart and talented group of individuals.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Short and to the point. 3 interviews in a 2 week span. Offer was also where I wanted it to be in terms of compensation so I was happy about that.
What makes you most happy at work?
Honest and real conversations. You know were you stand at all times and it feels like you're part of a large mission - to take this company from a small startup all the way to IPO
