This is my first job in tech, beforehand I worked in a completely different field and I'm overall glad Datarails took me in and gave the a stable base to learn

egoless... mainly that but also all the great happy hours and swag
What makes you most happy at work?
my work my boss my friends and myself... you like yourself best when you're happy, ain't that right?
What did you like most about the interview process?
that I got to present my ideas and they straight away asked my opinion on a deeper level concerning the ongoing stuff in our team
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I get an above average salary for my position and title, not to be taken for granted. I also get a scholarship fund and a great pension, the best I ever received compared to other companies.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're open to suggestions, willing to listen and love creative ideas. I constantly get positive feedback and even if there's improvement to be done in my work, it's always brought to me in a professional yet friendly and respectful manner
What are some of the best things about your team?
first of all respectful towards one another, but also they are friendly and always willing to help, even if they're packed with their own work I always ask them for their opinion. It's because we respect each other on a personal level I feel it's a lot easier to respect my colleagues professionally
