What do you like best about the leadership team?
Good communicators, very reasonable and good people

I have been working for the same owners for 37 years. I have worked in corporate, but our leadership team is "family"!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being nicer to employee's with problems at home that carry over to work. Like child care

401K match is the best part

If they offered more hours, had insurance
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone works together and helps out wherever and whenever needed.
we are all allowed to share imput in decisions
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They are so toxic, everybody is gossip, they don't mind their business
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is very friendly and will help out when needed.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
stop overpaying the people who do nothing simply because they are a certain ethnicity and pay the people who bust their rear more.

What did you like most about the interview process?
We really try to get to know someone during our interview process. I would say 90% of Management that is hired stays for years.
