Started off as a good experience but too many changes have made the place unrecognizable. Dishonesty, emphasis on cutting corners even at the expense of employees.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Too long, not enough communication, sometimes people go weeks without hearing anything

What are some of the best things about your team?

The majority of people on the team still value and support one another even though the company has changed a lot.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

What do they not need to get better at? The current CEO is a joke, and most of them are out-of-touch.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Daxko severely underpays employees although the People Team and leadership like to dispute that fact. Benefits aren't what they used to be.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

A biggie is improper use of employee test scores. Employees were told scores from the test everyone took to create a baseline for job candidates would never be used to decide pay increases or promotions, but it appears the scores are being used for exactly that.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

It's not the same company as it was, and there's probably no going back. No transparency anymore. The CEO keeps things very 'corporate' feeling even though he tries to be cool and relatable. Director of HR is not respected and has blatantly lied to employees when confronted with questions.
