As a marketing team, we focus on two main metrics for success and growth: generated qualified leads for our sales team and supporting them in winning deals that are already in the pipeline. Brand perception and customer satisfaction have a huge impact on our ability to perform because of our large market share, so we keep a pulse on those metrics regularly as well.
