What did you like most about the interview process?They had me demo a software of my choosing. It was a unique interview method, and it allowed me to showcase my abilities even though my resume was a bit light.
What makes you most happy at work?I love getting to work with customers. Daxko encourages me to put my personality into my customer interactions, and I've developed a great rapport with a lot of them! I also love my team!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?There are lots of opportunities for social interactions. We have healthy competitions, but the overall vibe is that we are in this together, and we help each other out. We before Me.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?If we were paid enough to not have to work two jobs to survive. Especially with increasing cost of living.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Daxko severely underpays employees although the People Team and leadership like to dispute that fact. Benefits aren't what they used to be.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?What do they not need to get better at? The current CEO is a joke, and most of them are out-of-touch.
