What is the best part about your compensation package?

My expectation was matched when I was offered the job opportunity. I like the way how the finance department has made an effort to give you benefits as well as save you from unnecessary dedeuctions.

Fitness reimbursement so I can do CrossFit every month! I also love the sabbatical program.

Amazing benefits!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

If we were paid enough to not have to work two jobs to survive. Especially with increasing cost of living.

Daxko severely underpays employees although the People Team and leadership like to dispute that fact. Benefits aren't what they used to be.
