Honesty, practicing what they preach, respecting their employees and change the culture from one hyper focused on sales to one that much is more customer centric.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
A very good salary along with a substantial yearly bonus and very generous 401k match.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Well, the employees are offered many opportunity to train on various issues such as effective communication, but it is never put into practice.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I have worked at the company for over 30 years, and I remember my prior experience was an important factor since I had experience in Personal Computers, and they were new in the workplace.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Even though my department works together well, overall the company moral is unusually low. We go to meetings that are supposed to be "safe spaces", but no one ever brings up a problem out of fear.
