Nothing much as my interview was done during COVID period, it was done via Video Call
Micromanagement at it's best. The managers can't simply deliver their decision, and always gets overwritten. Likewise when the managers provide constructive feedback, the Store Leader ego gets bruised
They need to put people who understands retail, to be store leaders. To put people who do not understand it, with retail being the crux of the business, is a model for failure
