You are allowed to make mistakes and learn from your own mistakes. Autonomous in your actions and decisions and you are being taught to be responsible for your decisions.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to put people who understands retail, to be store leaders. To put people who do not understand it, with retail being the crux of the business, is a model for failure
What is the best part about your compensation package?
monthly bonus and long annual leave

What did you like most about the interview process?
Fast pace interview and transparent process
Nothing much as my interview was done during COVID period, it was done via Video Call
It is Not an Interview, it is a discussion between two people. So it does not feel stressful.
Fair, transparent, interactive and most of all a great panel of judges

the people and environment around
being able to learn daily with the room to make mistakes and correct them
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Micromanagement at it's best. The managers can't simply deliver their decision, and always gets overwritten. Likewise when the managers provide constructive feedback, the Store Leader ego gets bruised
