My team are very hard working and always deliver, but they are also give freedom to experiment with new ideas and technologies, for an engineer this keeps things fresh and exciting. Places ive worked in before talk the talk about innovation, at Deem its just done.

I like that its encouraged to push the envelope, if you dont like how something is done or you think it can be done in a different way, there are channels to showcase that and the support is there to implement change. There are no ego's.
