What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary and bonus are good. I would like to see the pension stuff be better. I also think that an alignment to the Dublin market or at least where we stand in comparison would be a great exercise to understand

The compensation should be regularised taking into account the experience, knowledge and the tenurity in the company.

I feel I deserve better compensation as I fare better in level of effort, knowledge and taking responsibilities than my peers.

Compensation plan should be based on Current market which is evaluated with skill sets and not on number of Years of experience or seniority levels, Even a 10 year experienced lacking skill sets which a 2 year old can do it without any hassle that would be were the package should be fixed
