It's a very positive company to work for. Sometimes it does feel like we're biting off more than we can chew and we haven't always fully prepared the business we take on. l wish we did better at resolving customer issues and request in a more timely manner...but I wouldn't want to be anywhere else

What do you like best about the leadership team?
As a member of the the LGBTQ+ community and an advocate for racial justice I greatly appreciate the inclusive and supportive environment that has been created here. As someone who was laid off from this company when it was Rearden, I am thankful for the much better leadership we have now.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I've worked in the travel industry for 30 years and been a member of more teams than I care to remember. This is BY FAR the most collaborative team I've ever been a part of. We share information, we help each other solve issues, we lift each other up. It's a great team.
