Hard to say at this point. I really like the work and the flexible environment. There is also a great feeling of autonomy across the employees that I like
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary and bonus are good. I would like to see the pension stuff be better. I also think that an alignment to the Dublin market or at least where we stand in comparison would be a great exercise to understand
