Work life balance is wonderful and also benefits given by the company is good, there is no monitoring of people and which gives freeness to its employees to relax and enjoy working

Leader is one who takes failures to his name and gives credits to his employees, For me leadership should be young enough to understand current young generation market, gives ability to think beyond business

Available always whenever each of them are in need, each of us share a common perspective about the roles and responsibilities towards a common goal and have same amount of knowledge about the product, which makes us bonded together
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation plan should be based on Current market which is evaluated with skill sets and not on number of Years of experience or seniority levels, Even a 10 year experienced lacking skill sets which a 2 year old can do it without any hassle that would be were the package should be fixed
