Things have changed since I first started to now, and for the better. With Enterprise behind us, I feel like there's nothing we can't do. Leadership has gotten us in a good place and has hired the best people to move us forward. Could not ask for a better team or group to work with.

We work as a real team trying to help each other. There's never been a competitive dynamic because it's not helpful.
