I have been in this company for about two years now. Overall I am happy and I feel I am able to deliver my potential. I am not getting bored at work, since there is active research and development, hence I am not looking for a change.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The compensation is comprehensive and compares to that of Google, Amazon, Facebook and Apple (The GAFA). And the best part is that, even during the time of the pandemic, the company gave BONUS though it works on the travel sector.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Be it the manager, HR or the executive team, they understand that draining the employees is not the right approach, rather a healthy and happy employee is better for sustained progress. Hence, they ensure to keep the employees happy - be it Christmas gifts or benefits.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interviewers had very good technical expertise. They did not focus or nitpick on the semantics, but were focused on problem-solving and accessing the skill. Having interviewed hundreds of candidates and having been an interviewee at places like Amazon and Google, I can say Deem was good.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team listens to the voice of the employees. They bring in initiatives that are tailored for the growth of employees. They think 'employee first' in terms of the working of the company, and 'customer first' in terms of the business - to me that is a success mantra!
