Base and bonus package very competitive, especially for the size of the company.

People are supportive. They do no judge, instead they look for ways to help each other and move the agenda forward.

There is a lot of flexibility with respect to how you get your job done. Focus is on the end goal not on micro management the bits and pieces.

The Leadership at Deem is comprised of people who look to the future, are passionate about our mission and display authenticity. Most importantly they care about their colleagues (at every level) in the workplace.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview team was organized and thoughtful about the questions being asked. There was no duplication, everyone had a specific role to play. This was a refreshing change from other experiences I've had.
