Since going public, executive leadership has been singularly focused on rooting out legacy employees that are the reason for the company's success and filling those roles with yes-men that are not qualified for the positions. Culture has been destroyed and bottom line is the only thing that matters

This is the best company I have ever worked for. There is a real respect, appreciation, and genuine caring for all employees from "top" to "bottom."

Nothing, they are all brazen sociopaths that believe its acceptable to pay themselves bonuses each year while their employees are given 1% or no merit increases.

Pay is not commensurate with ability at Definitive Healthcare ever since the company went public and Robert Musslewhite became CEO.

I have gotten minimal raises year to year but the amount of work that continues to be piled on does not meet the compensation I receive

Getting corporate to get their act together

We have a close knit team that consistently is looking out for one another and working together, I can confidently say that half of the individuals on the team continue to work here because of our direct manager

Excellent collaboration, and ability to work together without competing

The emphasis on work/life balance and making sure employees are happy at work

Pay employees what they are worth instead of letting talent leave and backfilling with less qualified people who accept poor compensation.

ELT strictly looking out for themselves and the continued layoffs every 6 months make everyone around the company uneasy because there is zero job stability regardless of the work you do or your amount of time here

I spoke with middle managers for my initial interviews and everyone was very welcoming and extremely nice which pretty much pulled me to work here.

The honesty and transparency given throughout the process

The ability to share ideas and the bandwith/trust to improve how things are done

Some of our VPs and all of ELT is out of touch with what our clients really want and this makes things difficult because we spend time on things based on what ELT wants, not what our clients want
