Mr. William S. Martens, III, also known as Bill, has been Chief Development Officer of Del Frisco's Restaurant Group, Inc. since November 29, 2016. Mr. Martens serves as Secretary of Center Cut Hospitality, Inc. Mr. Martens served as Vice President of Development and Construction at Del Frisco's Restaurant Group, Inc. from June 1, 2011 to November 29, 2016. Mr. Martens supervises all aspects of new store development and asset management for Del Frisco's Double Eagle Steakhouses and Sullivan's Steakhouses. Mr. Martens has years of experience and expertise. He served as Director of Development for Del Frisco's Restaurant Group since May 2008, overseeing all facets of new store development and asset management for all dining concepts. His management responsibilities include market planning, site acquisition, construction, property management and lease administration. Prior to Del Frisco's Restaurant Group, Mr. Martens served as Vice President of Portfolio Management at Lone Star Funds/Hudson Advisors, LLC, where he managed concept development, real estate, construction and franchising for the restaurant company.
