What do you like best about the leadership team?
HR VERY RESPONSIVE. Leadership cares about employees
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not being hungover and making rash emotional decisions. Neither should Gus allow people to no call no show, and keep their job because whoever someones daddy is. Ridiculous.
The leaders need to understand that parents cannot work 24x7 and need a day off ro spend with their family. It is also unacceptable dor leaders to say that they do not give a {explixit} about someone's child with special needs.
Being supportive, not discriminating, being fair
100% yes! they all need to be on the same page.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I make tremendous tips because of DEL Frisco’s brand.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I asked for a day off to take care of my son worh down syndrome and my manager Mack Bastidas said he did not give a {explicit} about my son with special needs although i have worked for 6 days straight and the day i asked off would make it seven days straight. Leadership does not care about family.
Not competitive wages compared to other restaurants in town.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The HOURLY team is always wanting to help! The management team is always willing to degrade you and make you feel less than.
Friendly and supportive except dor the management team.

The coworkers really aren’t the issue unless they are favorites of management. They get all the shifts they wan

Customers are usually wonderful and pleasant
when management agrees and there is consistency

More family work balance for employees.
