Not being hungover and making rash emotional decisions. Neither should Gus allow people to no call no show, and keep their job because whoever someones daddy is. Ridiculous.
The leaders need to understand that parents cannot work 24x7 and need a day off ro spend with their family. It is also unacceptable dor leaders to say that they do not give a {explixit} about someone's child with special needs.
