The HOURLY team is always wanting to help! The management team is always willing to degrade you and make you feel less than.
Not being hungover and making rash emotional decisions. Neither should Gus allow people to no call no show, and keep their job because whoever someones daddy is. Ridiculous.
Management is a JOKE. They over staff and over hire and the employees that have been there for years get shafted on sections. The management is condescending and plays favorites and love to cause problems that are completely unnecessary.
