What is the best part about your compensation package?
very nice and fairly pay
The 401k matching is good
Healthy cover is just the best
Our benefits package is competitive with other companies of similar size and scope. The high deductible health plan option and HSA is especially nice for those with a history of good health.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Higher pay. Some sort of benefits
production order past due C line hanford9/15/21 2nd shift plant #24 about 88400 cases 8 layers stacked 10 high each unit was taking 2 over 20 minutes i applied my skill the fastes i got a unit out was in ten minutes easily this order woul have been completed within the 24 hours
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone works hard but never seems good enough
They are proactive and knowledgeable. They genuinely care about the company and each other.
they are all willing to get they're hands dirty and they all work together as one and they are really respectful towards one another at least when im there
We have some pretty amazing people on our team. Always willing to lend a hand and celebrate both small and large victories.
Collaborative, like to have fun, celebrate wins.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Teamwork,communication they need to b more involved
Better interaction with supervisors! They have no idea what we actually do and worse they dont care
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
a place to work and distract my mind from all of my hardships im honored and grateful for the opportun ity given to work for a corporation
It's a fast-paced environment with a lot of collaboration. There's plenty of opportunity for creativity and problem solving. Senior leaders are accessible and approachable-big plus!

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Maybe the whole aspect of seniority is effecting the work ethic
Treating their employees with respect
treat employees with the respect you say you do
Supervisors need to be on the floor, picking up tools, helping and learning how every little thing works
What did you like most about the interview process?
grateful for the opportunity and consideration
The interviewing process seemed well thought out, met with several different team members who shared their experience working at the company, good general overview of the work and expectations of role.

The interview was fine only it could have been more specific as to what the job was

A Safe work environment as well as effective progressive work practices

We need to nutrient-rich food to nourish our bodies and feed our soul. Del Monte's been bringing fruits and vegetable to our tables for more than 130 and I'm proud to be a part of that legacy.
Getting to work with an awesome group of team members every day and the challenging work that enables me to grow my career.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
They expect so much for so little
maintain the long standing Del Monte quality, in both products and processes. Don't sacrifice for profits
Dont let people who have never held a screwdriver or turned a wrench dictate how it should be done. Great, they are salary, doesn't mean they are better
