It's ok, but if you are salary than you have no idea what we have to deal with. Our job is to hide things from supervisors so they dont get upset. This place is not going to last if the fulltime employees aren't treated like we matter

Better interaction with supervisors! They have no idea what we actually do and worse they dont care

Supervisors need to be on the floor, picking up tools, helping and learning how every little thing works
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Dont let people who have never held a screwdriver or turned a wrench dictate how it should be done. Great, they are salary, doesn't mean they are better
