Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Getting paid for the days I did work. And have better pay for the workers that do come in and try to make del taco a good place to work. Manager Alana pate is horrible. She is unhappy and constantly talked about her quitting and had an attitude everyday

Everyone does thats just the world but I am a team member constantly working by myself in the front given no help most the time yet called in to help everyone else. My general manager says everyones replaceable yet cant find anyone to ever work my shifts when necessary.

I feel extremely undervalued because they would treat me like an outsider. I work hard to impress my manager but she doesn't care. I would feel better if I got a paid compensation for the days they didn't schedule me, which is over two weeks now and I don't have any money for my needs.

Because I've been working there since maybe 10 years im a shift leader im certified since 2005 and i get paid 12.65 and 2 new shift leaders make 15 60 an hour

I feel I get paid way too little for the work that I do here at the job, I do my best and I give them my all just feel Belittled by our GM
