I've have been working at del taco for almost a year at let me tell you management doesn't care about there employees nor does corporate. I don't know how many times I've reported incidents and everything goes unseen ... Stay away from working here.

We help one another except the afternoon people they do nothing!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to be fair with everyone no special treatment what do ever , care about your employees .. don't promote fast because that's where all the flaws are.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because the morning team I'm with we do everything when I mean everything for the afternoon team if we don't do something for them we get in trouble by our GM , he yells at us tells us to keep quite or else ...
