Team work everything is every ones job. Working together to make the customer experience good

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Lead by example show employees you care and appreciate your employees. The employees need to be shown respect teamwork following guidelines. The employees that work hard should not be getting hours cut. The behavior is just plain unacceptable for store manager and area directors

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Yes I feel undervalued. I do my job the right way train employees. Got denied promotion for the fact that I cant drive or dont have l cannot get a driver's license based on my medical condition. So was given to some else. This person did not deserve the position. And I was told she makes numbers.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

I work hard I try to make all the numbers that we need to make. I set goals to beat those numbers. I cant do it by myself I need to have the people to dio it and I need respect from other employees and managers. They just wanna do what they wanna do how they wanna do it. Cause nobody tells them anyt
