Every single day for the past 2 years going to work at Del Taco has given me anxiety, from the moment I park to the very end of my shift I feel like vomiting because the place stresses me out. This is by far the worst job I have ever worked! The company only cares about itself, can't wait to leave.

To stop being slow and lazy, to stop criticizing others when they don't do anything better.

Better pay, adjustments to speed of service timers, actual benefits, better choice in who you hire.

Nothing you can do, the company is terrible and there is no coming back from that.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Nothing, I feel like my skills are being wasted and that I am not acknowledged for my greatness
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Getting paid 13.50 an hour to be screamed at under pressure beat a time with ridiculous expectations causes mental strain and to much stress that isn't worth the money.
