The salary is the best part, and we start off with 3 weeks PTO.
Everything especially the 401 I barely remember about it

What are some of the best things about your team?
We have people there when I get there. I had a baby so I am around people that look like they care, they havd kids possibly or want them. They possess a likeable power, use of technology helpful. They say things easily.
There is nothing best about every time I come in for my shift nothing is stocked nothing is clean and they just leave everything for the people that close the store

When the manager and gm are not there
nothing its really hard to he at work without feeling overwhelmed and overstimulated
The customers. I enjoy making people happy and love all my regulars they are the best! When I'm having a bad day they cheer me up

Well positively it is a nice place to work most of the time if I'm given hours
What did you like most about the interview process?
very easy and wasnt nervous at all
They had a recruiter who walked me through the whole process. The team was really friendly and made the process easy.
General Manager was pretty nice and helpful
It was easy to get through it
That even though I had no experience, they were willing to give me a chance. And here I am today with good trainers, a shift manager. I became a shift manager just one year into working at del Taco, as I am a fast learner

There is nothing about work that is happy
working remotely is the best part of working at del taco
When I have good conversations with my other coworkers, that's always brings a good vibe to the environment
