According to peer reports, we are underpaid by about 15% to 25% below positions in comparable companies. In evaluations, we are told we are at our maximum limit for the position

Your experience is not appreciated. Your voice is not heard. Too many chiefs for the few Indians at work. About compensation: It should be more competitive.

Not playing with there cell phones maybe some work would get done

Stocking cooler cleaning and being nice to customers
The coworkers do their best but their efforts are undermined by management

You people can't change anything
Get the ones that is stealing time from the company an get away with it an still have their job

Get good people good store manager that are not ugly to their people
Not take the word or trust anyone that you work with they smoke weed behind the dumpster on graveyard I guess that is okay they can set you up to be fired so they can get what they want that's how Tye Smith works I did not stand a chance with a black Hr and a black employee she is a thief
