manager does not do much but sit in the office. management does not get along well and does not communicate well. I have worked for better managers.

Increase compensation with the new pay scale.

People hired in at same position started out more than myself

Be nicer to others and the customers.
Being treated fairly and paid fairly would definitely boost morale!
MY team is a bit disconnected at the moment. I have previously worked in many amazingly cooperative teams with this company in the past, currently they're not extremely positive or cooperative
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
it starts at the top but the leaders do not take responsability. I know results are important but they forget that if you take care of your employees they will take care of the results

What! I absolutely just wanted to report what's going on in your stores

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Make employees happy and that will make cutomers happy.
To be valued as an quality associate for starters and to work in a store where women aren't the only associate unloading, pulling pallets and down stacking trucks while managers and male associates comments "you got this!"
A cohesive connection with other stores, between management and associates, with direct messages being sent down, and ability for associates at a lower level to feel more appreciated and heard on a regular basis, possibly better pay or a benefit incentive of some sort could solve that.
